This User Agreement explains the responsibilities attached to your Fraylio account and your use of its AI image, video and filter tools. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions, which identify the operator and apply to the Service generally. Paid plans and credits are also subject to the Subscription Agreement.

Eligibility and Account Information

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate registration information, maintain an email address you control and keep relevant account details up to date.

Use an email and password or the sign-in options shown on the login page to access your account. Do not impersonate another person or use a connected login without authorization. An account does not guarantee that every model, setting or paid feature is available.

Account Security

Keep credentials and verification codes confidential. Do not use another person’s account or bypass access restrictions. You are responsible for activities you authorize through your account. If you suspect compromise or cannot regain access, use Contact Us. We may require information reasonably needed to verify control before changing access or disclosing account information.

Prompts, Uploads and Generated Content

You remain responsible for the material you submit, the rights and permissions needed to process it, and how you use outputs. The Content Policy applies to prompts, references, image or video generations and filter results. You grant only the permissions described in our Terms that are reasonably needed to host, process, secure and provide those services.

Fraylio does not claim ownership of outputs solely because they were generated here. This does not guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, accuracy, non-infringement or commercial clearance. Review the Copyright Policy before using content that may affect other people’s rights.

Generation requests are processed by OpenRouter and downstream AI providers. Do not submit confidential or sensitive material unless you are authorized to do so and understand the processing described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits and Purchases

Generation requires sufficient credits for the selected model and settings. The displayed cost and available balance apply before submission. Credits represent service usage; they do not constitute a bank balance or promise of cash redemption. Subscription billing, extra credits and renewal cancellation are described in the Subscription Agreement. Cash refund requests and failed-generation credit returns are separate matters under the Refund Policy.

Library and Account Controls

Use your library to access and download available content and delete eligible completed generations. Individual uploaded originals do not have a library delete control; contact us or use account closure to request their removal. Keep copies of work you need; we do not guarantee permanent storage or uninterrupted access. Your generations are not automatically published to the public Explore gallery. Media links can provide access to their holders while valid, so share them carefully.

Use Profile for available account settings and Profile → Account actions to close your account after completing the confirmation steps. Deletion is permanent, removes access to the library and remaining credits, and is separate from a cash refund request. Resolve any paid renewal or separate auto-refill setting before deleting your account; deleting a login or stopping use is not a cancellation instruction to a payment provider.

Some support, email, transaction or security records and independently retained provider copies may remain as explained in the Privacy Policy. If a control is unavailable or you need help with retained information, contact us.

Restrictions, Suspension and Ending Use

Do not disrupt the Service, scrape or automate it without authorization, circumvent limits, or infringe another person’s rights. We may restrict content or account access for serious or repeated violations, suspected unauthorized access, or a legal requirement. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to any outstanding purchase obligations and applicable consumer rights.

If you believe a restriction is incorrect, use Contact Us with the affected account or generation reference and an explanation. Review does not guarantee restored access, credits or a refund.

Relationship to Other Terms

Read this agreement with the Terms & Conditions and the policies linked below. The Subscription Agreement explains paid-plan behavior; the Refund Policy explains monetary and credit-return requests. Nothing in these documents removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
