This policy explains intellectual property in Fraylio’s AI image, video and filter service and how to report or dispute an infringement concern. It supplements the Terms & Conditions and Content Policy.

Fraylio Materials and Third-Party Names

Fraylio’s website, software, interface, branding, logos and other pre-existing service materials are protected by their applicable intellectual property rights. Access to the Service does not transfer those rights. Third-party model names, trademarks and materials belong to their respective rights holders; listing or providing access to a model does not establish sponsorship or endorsement.

Your Inputs

You retain rights you already have in prompts, photographs, images, videos and other materials you submit. You must own them or have the licenses, permissions and consents needed to upload, process and use them, including permission for any identifiable person’s likeness, voice or private information where required. The limited permission you grant Fraylio to provide and secure the requested features is set out in the Terms & Conditions.

AI Outputs

As between you and Fraylio, Fraylio does not claim ownership of an output solely because the Service generated it, except for pre-existing Fraylio materials or other rights that may be included. This does not create rights that applicable law does not recognize. AI output copyrightability depends on the jurisdiction and the nature of human contributions; an output or a prompt alone does not guarantee copyright protection.

Outputs may resemble other works or outputs. We do not promise exclusivity, originality, registration eligibility, non-infringement or permission for every commercial use. Your inputs, third-party rights and the selected provider’s terms can affect whether and how you may use an output. Review and obtain any clearance needed before publishing, selling or otherwise using it.

Report Claimed Infringement

If you own rights or are authorized to act for a rights holder and believe material on Fraylio infringes them, use Contact Us or the support email below with “Copyright notice” in the subject or message. Include:

• Your name, contact details and whether you are the rights holder or its authorized representative.
• A description of the protected work or rights involved and a link or other evidence identifying the original.
• The precise page, media URL, generation reference or other information needed to locate the disputed material.
• An explanation of the alleged infringement and why you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or applicable law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for their owner, and your physical or electronic signature. Where a formal notice under applicable law requires a statement under penalty of perjury, include that statement.

Send enough information to locate and evaluate the claim without unnecessary sensitive documents. We may ask for clarification or evidence of authority and may restrict access to disputed material while reviewing it. For a formal notice requiring specific legal declarations, identify the applicable procedure and include its required information. Rights and procedures under applicable law remain available.

Disputes and Review Requests

If your content was restricted and you believe the claim is mistaken, reply through Contact Us or the support email with “Copyright review.” Identify the content, its former location and any notice reference, give your contact details and signature, and explain the mistake or the authorization, license or legal basis you rely on. Provide supporting evidence where available.

A review request is not a guarantee of restoration. Where a formal counter-notification procedure applies, it may require additional declarations, consent to a competent court’s jurisdiction and acceptance of service. Identify the procedure you intend to invoke so the required information can be assessed under applicable law. We do not impose a universal restoration period in this policy.

We may share relevant notice, response and contact information with the other party or a competent authority when necessary to evaluate or resolve a claim or comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not knowingly submit false or misleading allegations or responses; they may have legal consequences.

Repeated or Serious Infringement

We may remove or limit access to infringing material and suspend or terminate accounts for repeated or serious infringement, subject to applicable law. A model’s ability to generate material or a successful output does not establish that a use is lawful.
