This agreement governs Fraylio trials, subscriptions, extra credits and automatic credit refill. It supplements the Terms & Conditions, User Agreement and Refund Policy.
Purchase Terms
The rules below describe the terms for purchases and credit use. Your order shows the applicable terms before payment.
Plan and Checkout Information
Before confirming a purchase, review the amount, currency, billing period, included credits, renewal terms, any introductory offer and the selected payment method. An annual plan is charged for the full year even if the page also displays a monthly equivalent. Model access and generation depend on available credits, supported settings and provider availability; no plan guarantees unlimited generation or permanent access to a particular model.
Prices and allowances may differ by offer. The order shown before confirmation identifies the terms of that purchase. These policies do not authorize an undisclosed charge or remove any notice or consent required by law.
Trials and Recurring Renewal
Where offered, a trial has the initial duration and credit allowance shown on the order and is followed by the disclosed monthly subscription unless renewal is cancelled in time. Review any initial payment and the later renewal amount, currency and interval before confirming. A trial is not an unlimited allowance, and viewing a trial offer alone does not activate it.
An authorized recurring plan renews for its disclosed billing period until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal shown for your plan to avoid that renewal. For help managing your subscription or billing records, use Contact Us. Closing the page or removing a login does not cancel a payment authorization.
Subscription Credits and Annual Plans
Subscription credits are granted and reset monthly, including for annual plans. Annual payment does not grant the entire year’s credits at once. Unused subscription credits do not accumulate or roll over into the next monthly allowance. Check the balance, next credit reset and period end shown for your account.
New accounts currently receive a one-time signup credit grant, rather than a recurring free monthly allowance. Any trial grant and later plan allowance follow their disclosed schedules.
Extra Credits and Generation Costs
Extra purchased credits do not expire and are retained when a subscription ends. They are separate from the monthly allowance. Access still requires an available account and compliance with the Service terms; retaining credits does not promise cash redemption or uninterrupted access.
Each generation’s credit cost depends on the selected model and settings, including duration for video, and is shown before submission. Credits are deducted before processing, with expiring credits used before permanent extra credits. If the account has insufficient credits, the request is not sent to the AI provider.
Failed tasks automatically return eligible credits to their original balance, but monthly credits that have expired or passed a reset are not restored. Cancelling a generation does not guarantee that provider processing stops or that credits return. A credit return does not refund money; see the Refund Policy for purchase and task-review requests.
Upgrades
An upgrade is charged at the listed full price without subtracting a prorated value for the current plan, and starts a new billing cycle. Existing monthly credits remain until the next monthly reset; extra credits are retained. Review the new plan, charge and allowance before confirming. Any statutory refund or cancellation right remains unaffected.
Cancel Renewal
Use Profile → Plans or Cancel Subscription and complete the confirmation steps. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the current paid period. When that period ends, subscription access ends and remaining subscription credits expire. Extra credits are retained.
Cancellation does not itself refund a previous payment, create an automatic prorated refund of an annual plan or disable a separate automatic credit refill setting. Stopping use, deleting a browser session or deleting an account is not a cancellation instruction to a payment provider. Save any confirmation and contact support if the cancellation status is unclear.
Automatic Credit Refill
Automatic refill is a separate authorization to buy extra credits when the balance reaches the disclosed threshold. The credit quantity, charge, currency and trigger must be shown before enabling it. Disable it separately through Profile → Plans. Cancelling subscription renewal does not immediately disable refill during the remaining paid period; it pauses when the subscription ends.
Billing Records and Questions
Use Profile → Invoices to review your billing records. For an unexpected amount, missing allowance, unavailable management control or disputed transaction, use Contact Us with the account email and relevant order, date and amount. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details. The Refund Policy explains request review and preserves mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and Legal Rights
Prices, models and plans may change. Review the current offer before making a new purchase or upgrade. Changes do not remove purchase terms or notice, consent, cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law. Nothing in this agreement limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
