Fraylio provides AI image, video and filter tools. Before creating an account, submitting content or purchasing credits or a subscription, read these Terms together with the policies linked below. Subscriptions renew automatically on the terms disclosed before purchase until cancelled; cancellation and refunds are separate actions.

Fraylio is the AI creative service operated by 香港矩元有限公司 / HK JYTECH LIMITED (“Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and its features (the “Services”):

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Us, concerning your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Services from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Legal Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, along with the updated “Last updated” date. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in any revised Terms by your continued use of the Services after the date such revised Terms are posted.

The Services are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Services for an organization, you must have authority to bind that organization.

We recommend that you print a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Fraylio, governing your access to and use of the website. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the site.

By accessing and using the Service, you agree to these Terms, which form a legally binding contract between you and the Company. Please ensure you read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

The User Agreement explains account responsibilities; the Content Policy governs prompts, uploads and outputs; the Subscription Agreement governs credits and paid plans; the Refund Policy explains purchase review and generation-credit returns; and the Copyright Policy explains intellectual property and infringement reports. Read our Privacy Policy for how information is processed. These policies form part of the terms applicable to the features you use. Mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain unaffected.

Translations of these Terms are provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy in meaning or interpretation between the English version and a translated version, the English version available at Terms shall prevail as the sole legally binding text.

The Service

Fraylio is an artificial intelligence-powered creative platform that enables users to generate, edit, transform, enhance, or otherwise create digital content.

Depending on the features available at a particular time, the Service may include, without limitation:

Certain features may allow you to provide text prompts, upload images, photographs, videos, or other media, select generation settings, and receive AI-generated or AI-modified content.

Fraylio may provide access to technology, artificial intelligence models, APIs, infrastructure, or other services supplied by third-party providers.

The specific models, tools, features, generation limits, processing capabilities, and functionality available through Fraylio may change over time.

We may add, modify, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue individual models, tools, features, or functionality at any time.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Fraylio is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any third-party artificial intelligence model or technology provider whose technology may be accessible through the Service.

Disclaimer: Fraylio is not affiliated with or endorsed by AI model providers. Generation requests are routed through OpenRouter to downstream AI providers; this does not imply that Fraylio has a direct service agreement with each model provider.

Use of AI Technologies

Fraylio uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate, transform, edit, or otherwise process content.

Artificial intelligence is probabilistic in nature. As a result, content generated through the Service (“Output Content” or “Outputs”) may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.

Outputs may also not be unique. Other users may generate the same or similar content, and generated content may contain characteristics, concepts, compositions, or elements similar to content produced for other users or content that already exists.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating Output Content before using, publishing, distributing, sharing, selling, displaying, or otherwise relying upon it.

Fraylio does not guarantee that any Output Content:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any Output Content complies with applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, third-party rights, and any terms applicable to third-party AI models or services used to generate such Output Content.

Your Inputs

You are solely responsible for all text prompts, instructions, photographs, images, videos, audio, files, reference materials, and other content you upload, submit, or otherwise provide to Fraylio (“Input Content”).

By submitting Input Content, you represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents necessary to upload and use that Input Content through the Service.

This includes obtaining appropriate authorization from any person whose face, voice, likeness, identity, personal information, copyrighted material, trademark, or other protected content appears in the Input Content where such authorization is required.

You must not upload confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or legally protected information unless you have the authority to do so and understand how that information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Images, Videos, and Likenesses of Individuals

You may not use the Service to create, modify, or distribute content using the face, voice, likeness, identity, or other personal characteristics of another individual without having the necessary rights or permissions where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that AI-generated or AI-modified depictions of real individuals are not used in a deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, exploitative, harassing, or otherwise unlawful manner.

Fraylio may restrict or block generations involving public figures, private individuals, minors, explicit content, impersonation, deceptive media, or other sensitive subject matter.

Third-Party AI Technologies

Some functionality of the Service may depend on artificial intelligence models, APIs, infrastructure, or other technologies operated by third parties.

The availability, performance, restrictions, moderation rules, generation capabilities, or output of these third-party technologies may change without notice.

Your use of certain features may therefore also be subject to restrictions imposed by the applicable third-party provider.

We are not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, availability, policies, or performance of third-party technology providers.

No Reliance on AI Output

The Service is primarily intended for creative and informational purposes.

Output Content should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other specialized advice.

You should independently verify information and obtain appropriate professional advice when necessary.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account (“Account”) and provide information as requested during the registration process.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to the Company that:

Failure to meet these requirements may affect the functionality of the Service, and we may be unable to contact you with important updates.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account or access to the Service at its discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Payments and Refunds

The order must show the amount, currency, credit allowance, billing period and any trial or renewal terms before you confirm.

Annual plans are billed for the full year while credits are granted monthly. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Extra purchased credits do not expire. Any trial’s initial period, allowance and follow-on monthly subscription are disclosed with the order. See the Subscription Agreement for the full rules.

Generation costs depend on the model and settings, including video duration, and are shown before submission. Credits are deducted before processing, with expiring credits used first. A request with insufficient credits is not sent to the AI provider. A failed generation automatically returns eligible credits to their original balance; monthly credits that have expired or passed a reset are not restored. Stopping or cancelling a generation does not guarantee that provider processing stops or that credits are returned. Credit returns do not refund money.

An upgrade is charged at the listed full price without a deduction for the current plan and starts a new billing cycle. Existing monthly credits remain until the next monthly reset, and extra credits are retained.

Use Profile → Plans or Cancel Subscription before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the current paid period ends, when remaining subscription credits expire. Extra credits are retained. Cancellation does not automatically refund a purchase. Automatic credit refill is a separate setting that must be disabled separately; it pauses when the subscription ends. Contact support about an account or billing record that needs review.

Completed purchases are generally non-refundable to the extent permitted by law unless different terms were stated for that purchase. Mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, refund and other consumer rights remain unaffected. Use Contact Us for a request under the Refund Policy; submitting a request does not itself issue a refund.

Subscription

Paid plans provide the credits and features described on the current pricing and checkout pages and in the Subscription Agreement. Generation depends on sufficient credits, model availability and supported settings; no plan guarantees unlimited generation.

Free Tier

New accounts currently receive 25 signup credits once. These are not a monthly free allowance. Available models, settings and generation costs are shown in the studio. Additional generation requires sufficient credits.

Refunds

The Refund Policy separates cash refund requests from eligible credits returned for failed tasks. We do not promise an automatic cash refund or a universal processing period. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual Property & User Content

Fraylio Intellectual Property

The Service, including its Website, software, interfaces, designs, branding, logos, trademarks, underlying technology, databases, and other materials owned by Fraylio, is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Subject to these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service.

User Content

For purposes of these Terms, “User Content” includes your Input Content and, where applicable, Output Content generated through your use of the Service.

You retain any rights you already hold in Input Content that you submit to Fraylio.

By submitting Input Content to the Service, you grant Fraylio the rights reasonably necessary to host, store, reproduce, transmit, process, modify, and otherwise use that Input Content as required to:

Fraylio does not train its own AI models with your Input or Output Content. Requests are processed through OpenRouter and downstream providers, whose retention and training practices vary. Their processing is described in our Privacy Policy; we do not guarantee that every provider excludes training or retains no data.

Output Content

As between you and Fraylio, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Fraylio does not claim ownership of Output Content solely because it was generated through the Service, except for Fraylio’s pre-existing intellectual property or other materials incorporated into the Output Content.

However, the nature of generative artificial intelligence means that intellectual property rights in AI-generated material may be uncertain or vary by jurisdiction.

Fraylio does not represent or warrant that you will own copyright or other intellectual property rights in any Output Content.

We also do not guarantee that Output Content will be unique or that another Fraylio user or user of another AI service will not receive identical or similar content.

Your ability to use particular Output Content may also be subject to:

You are solely responsible for determining whether and how you may legally use, publish, reproduce, distribute, commercialize, or otherwise exploit Output Content.

Rights and Permissions

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that your User Content and your use of the Service will not infringe or violate any third party’s:

If your Input Content contains another person’s image, face, likeness, voice, or other identifiable characteristic, you represent that you have all required permissions or another valid legal basis to use that material.

We may remove or restrict access to content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or applicable provider policies.

Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your Account. Copyright owners and users who dispute a copyright restriction can use the notice and review process in our Copyright Policy.

Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to access or use the Website or Service in any manner that:

We may review reports and relevant service records to investigate prohibited activity. Third-party providers may apply their own restrictions or reject requests. Not every input or output is reviewed, and a successful generation does not establish that content is permitted. See our Content Policy for the content rules and report or appeal process.

We reserve the right to refuse generation requests, block prompts, remove content, limit features, suspend Accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Our failure to prevent the generation of particular content does not mean that such content is permitted under these Terms.

Links to Other Websites

These Terms & Conditions apply only to the Services.

The Services may contain links to websites, applications, platforms, or services that are not operated or controlled by Fraylio.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, security, practices, or opinions expressed by third-party services and do not necessarily investigate, monitor, or verify them.

When you access a third-party website or service through a link provided by Fraylio, these Terms may no longer apply to your interaction with that third party.

Your use of third-party services is subject to that third party’s own terms, policies, and practices.

Third parties may also use cookies, tracking technologies, or other methods to collect information in accordance with their own policies.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FRAYLIO, THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, WEBSITE, FEATURES, USER CONTENT, OR OUTPUT CONTENT, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Access to and use of the Service are at your own risk.

You are responsible for reviewing Output Content before relying upon, publishing, distributing, or otherwise using it.

You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of Input Content or Output Content, including claims relating to intellectual property, privacy, publicity rights, defamation, misleading content, or other third-party rights.

We are not responsible for:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and partners from and against claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or relating to:

We reserve the right, at your expense where permitted by applicable law, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us.

Dispute Resolution

For a dispute, contact us with the relevant account or transaction details so we can review it. This does not limit access to a competent court or authority, applicable legal deadlines, or mandatory consumer-protection rights.

If you reside in a jurisdiction whose laws give consumers a non-waivable right to bring disputes in their local courts or before another competent authority, these Terms do not override those rights.

The Parties agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved between the Parties individually and not on a class, collective, consolidated, or representative basis where such waiver is legally enforceable.

Any dispute concerning the enforcement or protection of intellectual property rights, unauthorized use of the Service, theft, piracy, invasion of privacy, or requests for injunctive or equitable relief may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any part of this Dispute Resolution section is determined to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that portion shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under mandatory applicable consumer-protection laws.
