This policy applies to prompts, uploaded reference media, AI images, AI videos, filters and any other content you create or use through Fraylio. It supplements our Terms & Conditions and User Agreement. The same rules apply to attempts to obtain prohibited content, even if a provider rejects the request.

Rights, Consent and Responsible Use

Submit only material you own or are authorized to use. Obtain the rights and consents needed for a person’s face, voice, likeness, identity or private information. Your permission to upload content must cover the processing needed to provide the requested feature, including processing by AI providers as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. Outputs can be inaccurate, non-unique or unsuitable, and may implicate third-party rights. Do not misrepresent generated media as authentic evidence in a way that deceives or harms others. Make disclosures about synthetic or modified media where required by law or the platform on which you share it.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

• Illegal activity, instructions or content that meaningfully facilitate serious wrongdoing, malware, unauthorized access, phishing, scams or identity theft.
• Child sexual abuse material or any sexualized depiction, exploitation or grooming of a minor, including synthetic or altered content and content involving a person presented as a minor.
• Non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation, or sexualized edits of a real person without the required consent. Explicit sexual content is also prohibited where restricted by the selected provider or feature.
• Threats, targeted harassment, intimidation, doxxing, hateful abuse based on protected characteristics, or exploitation of a person’s vulnerability.
• Content that promotes or meaningfully facilitates serious violence, terrorism, abuse or self-harm.
• Fraudulent impersonation, deceptive use of a person’s likeness or voice, or manipulated media intended to deceive about a real person’s actions or statements, including deceptive interference with elections or public decision-making.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights, or discloses personal information without an appropriate legal basis.
• Attempts to bypass provider restrictions, content limits, security controls, credit requirements or account access restrictions.

The selected AI provider may impose additional restrictions. Availability of a model or successful generation is not permission to violate this policy, provider rules or applicable law.

Review and Enforcement

We may refuse requests, restrict or remove content, limit features or suspend or terminate an account when we reasonably identify a violation. Serious or repeated violations can result in loss of access. We may review reports and relevant account, generation and support records to investigate; we do not promise that every input or output is reviewed or that all prohibited content is detected.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may notify affected users and request information needed to investigate. Applicable legal reporting or preservation obligations may affect how a case is handled. Account restrictions do not override any mandatory consumer rights; purchase questions are handled under the Refund Policy.

Report Content or Request Review

Report a violation through Contact Us with the relevant page or media location, generation reference if available, the concern and enough information to locate it. Do not resend unlawful or intimate material unnecessarily. For copyright claims, use the information requested in our Copyright Policy.

If you believe a restriction was mistaken, contact us from the account address, identify the affected content or action and explain why it should be reviewed. We may ask for evidence of authorization or consent. Requesting review does not guarantee reinstatement or a refund.
