Information Collected
In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. All accounts, including free accounts, require an email address. We process your account name, authentication and connected-login information, prompts, uploads and their file metadata, generation settings, outputs and generation history. History may include processing status, errors and timestamps. Support requests include the contact details, message, attachments and account reference you provide. We also keep service email records needed to deliver account and support communications.
Payment Data. Your selected payment method and billing details are shown at checkout. Full card numbers and security codes are not collected through Fraylio’s own payment form. Billing records may contain the order, amount, currency, plan, status, selected payment method, card brand, last four digits and expiry. The provider processes payment details under its own notice.
Connected Login Data. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive account identifiers and profile information, such as your email address and name, needed to link and authenticate your account.
Technical and Usage Data. Website and service requests may involve IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, security events and error information. We use relevant technical records to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service. The current site does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics tracking.
Cookies and browser storage. We use authentication cookies and session or request-security data to maintain login and protect account actions. Browser storage remembers language and interface preferences and temporarily retains generation drafts, which can include prompts and settings. You can clear browser storage through your browser settings; doing so may remove drafts or preferences. The current site does not integrate advertising or analytics cookies.
Voice input. If you choose voice input and grant microphone permission, your browser’s speech-recognition feature converts speech into prompt text. The browser or its recognition provider may process audio under its own privacy rules. Fraylio receives the resulting text as part of your prompt; this feature does not upload a raw recording to Fraylio.
How Do We Process Your Information?
In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.
We may process Personal Data for the following purposes:
To Provide the Fraylio Services
We process information so that we can provide the functionality you request, including to:
- Create and manage your Account;
- Authenticate you;
- Process prompts and generation requests;
- Upload and process User Content;
- Generate images, videos, or other content;
- Edit, transform, upscale, animate, or otherwise process media;
- Save generated content or project history where that functionality is offered;

To Process User Content Through AI Providers
Generation requests are routed through OpenRouter to downstream AI providers. Prompts, uploaded or generated reference media, the selected model, generation parameters and a service user reference may be shared as needed for a request. Media may be transmitted as file data or accessed through a media URL while processing.
Fraylio does not train its own AI models with your content. OpenRouter and its downstream providers have their own processing, retention and training policies, which can differ by provider and model. This site does not guarantee zero data retention or training exclusion across all providers. Review provider information before sending sensitive content.
Uploads and generated media are retained in service-managed storage, including AWS cloud storage where configured. Fraylio also stores account records and generation history. Generating content does not automatically publish it to the public Explore gallery. Authorized service personnel may access account details, generation prompts, settings, results, support messages and attachments when needed for support, operations, security or investigation. Media links may grant access to anyone holding them while valid; do not share links to sensitive content. External AI providers’ storage and retention are separate from Fraylio’s.
To Manage Accounts and Authentication
We may process your information to create your Account, authenticate access, maintain Account functionality, protect your Account against unauthorized access, and communicate important Account-related information to you.

For purchases and subscriptions, we process Personal Data to:

- Manage automatic renewals;

- Comply with applicable law;
- Respond to valid legal requests;
- Comply with court orders, subpoenas, or regulatory obligations;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;

Performance of a contract: when processing is necessary to provide the Service you requested.
Legitimate interests: when processing is reasonably necessary for our legitimate business interests, including operating, improving, securing, and protecting Fraylio, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
Consent: where we ask for and receive your consent for a particular processing activity.
Legal obligations: where processing is necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal requirements.
With Whom We Share Your Personal Data
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following categories of third parties.
Depending on the feature and configuration, recipients include:
- OpenRouter and downstream AI providers for generation requests and reference media;
- Hosting, infrastructure, storage and delivery providers, including AWS where configured;
- Google when you choose its connected sign-in;
- Configured email delivery providers, which may include Resend or AWS SES, for account and support emails; and
- Payment service providers for purchases and subscriptions.
The information disclosed depends on the purpose and the feature you use. Providers may process information under their own terms and privacy notices, particularly for their independent activities.
AI Model and Generation Providers
Requests are shared with OpenRouter and the downstream provider processing the selected model, as described above. The data shared depends on the generation settings and reference media you submit. Deleting content from this service does not establish that an external provider has deleted its own retained copy.
Payment Processors
The payment provider and relevant payment information will be disclosed before you pay, and payment details may be provided directly to that provider.
Those providers may process your information according to their own privacy notices in addition to performing services for Fraylio.
Analytics and Advertising Partners
The current site does not integrate analytics or advertising tracking. If this changes, the relevant recipients, purposes and any required privacy choices must be disclosed before those tools are enabled.
Business Transfers
We may disclose or transfer Personal Data in connection with an actual or proposed:
- Merger;
- Acquisition;
- Financing;
- Corporate restructuring;
- Reorganization;
- Sale of assets; or
- Sale or transfer of all or part of our business.
Where appropriate, the recipient will be required to respect Personal Data in a manner consistent with applicable law.
Disclosures to Protect Us or Others
We may access, preserve, or disclose information if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary or appropriate to:
- Comply with applicable law or legal process;
- Respond to government, law enforcement, or national-security requests;
- Protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Fraylio, our users, or others;
- Investigate fraud or illegal activity;
- Detect or prevent misuse of the Service;
- Enforce our policies or contracts;
- Collect amounts owed to us; or
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
When you choose Google sign-in, we use the account identifiers, email address and profile details supplied by Google to authenticate you and manage the connection. Google’s own privacy notice also applies to its processing. Disconnecting a login does not itself delete information held by Google.
How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).
Account records, uploads and generation history support your account and library while retained. Retention depends on the purpose, account status, applicable legal requirements, disputes and security needs; we do not publish a single fixed retention period for every record. You can delete eligible generations from your library or close your account using the controls described below. To request removal of an uploaded original that has no individual delete control, contact us. Support correspondence, service email records, transaction records and security or audit records may remain where needed for their stated purposes or required by law. Deletion from active account storage does not guarantee immediate removal from backups, caches, previously shared links or independent copies held by providers. Contact us to request review of remaining personal information.
How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures
We use authentication, access controls and request-security checks to protect account actions and stored records. No internet transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed completely secure. Deleted content may remain in backups, caches, or copies retained by third parties according to their own practices.
User Content, Images, Videos, and Personal Data
Because Fraylio allows users to upload and generate visual content, User Content may contain Personal Data relating to you or other individuals.
For example, photographs and videos may reveal:
- A person’s appearance or likeness;
- Location;
- Personal surroundings;
- Relationships;
- Clothing or possessions;
- Written information visible in an image;
- Voice or other audio information; or
- Other potentially identifying characteristics.
Fraylio processes such information primarily to provide the feature or generation requested by you.
You should not upload photographs, videos, recordings, or other Personal Data relating to another individual unless you have the necessary rights, permissions, or other lawful basis to do so.
You should avoid uploading highly sensitive Personal Data unless it is necessary for your intended use of the Service and you understand the risks associated with providing that information.
Do We Collect Information From Minors?
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
The Services are intended for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into our terms. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, use Contact Us so we can investigate and address the request.
Review, Change or Delete Account Information
Use Profile to review or change available account details, and your library to delete eligible completed generations. Individual uploaded originals do not have a library delete control; contact us or use account closure to request their removal. Use Profile → Account actions and complete the confirmation steps to permanently close your account. Closing the account removes access to the account, library and remaining credits, and initiates removal of associated account data and media. It does not by itself issue a cash refund or delete independently retained provider copies or the records described in the retention section. If you cannot sign in or need help with remaining information, use Contact Us.
Your Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of your personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or request protections relating to automated decisions. These rights have conditions and exceptions; withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Send a request through Contact Us or the support email below, identify the account and describe the information or right involved. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or authority before disclosing or changing data. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unrelated sensitive documents. We will handle requests within applicable legal requirements. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority where the law provides that right.
International Processing
Fraylio’s infrastructure and providers used for AI generation, storage, authentication and email may process information in countries other than your own, including outside the EEA or UK. Data protection rules may differ by country. Contact us for information about the destinations, recipients and safeguards applicable to your information. This notice does not waive your rights in relation to cross-border processing or replace any safeguards required by applicable law.
